1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Loutra Horizon Residence website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Making a Booking

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
• A valid credit card or other payment method is required for booking

2.2 Booking Confirmation

You will receive a booking confirmation via email upon successful booking. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A deposit of 100% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.
• Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Credit Card (Stripe), iDEAL, and Cash on Arrival.
• Currency: All prices are in Euros (EUR).
• Taxes: All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in are fully refundable.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3-7 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
• No-Show: No-shows are charged the full amount with no refund.

5. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (late check-in available upon request)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early Check-in: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges

6. Guest Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the conduct of all guests in your party
• You must respect the property and its contents
• No parties or events without prior written consent
• No smoking inside the property
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved
• You must comply with all house rules provided at check-in

7. Property Damage

• You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay
• We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged items
• Please report any damage immediately to avoid additional charges

8. Liability

• We are not responsible for personal injury, accidents, or loss of property
• We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by force majeure events
• We recommend that you obtain travel insurance for your stay
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Loutra Horizon Residence and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
